I had to plug in the keyboard to an older laptop which was on windows 10, it picked it up and it worked immediately then I exported all the drivers on from that laptop (there is a PowerShell command that you can run for this) and transferred them over to my PC then on my PC I did the manual driver update for the Keyboard (while it was in firmware upgrade mode as otherwise it wouldn't show up) then I did the firmware update for it using Native Instrument tool, after the firmware update it all worked fine, even after unplugging it and plugging it back in. Its not the keyboard issue its a driver issue as I though. I've also logged a ticket with Native Instruments to see if they can help but i am waiting for a response Has anyone had this issue before and know any fixes that I could try ?Could it be windows 11 compatibility ? restarted the PC, fully updated my windows + BIOS and chipset drivers. I've tried reinstalling Native Access, tried just using generic windows drivers for it, tried different USB ports 2.0 and 3.0 etc.

The device doesint show up in my device manager while its doing this but if it put in in firmware update mode by holding shift on it and it shows up under other devices called 'Komplete Kontrol M32 DFU', I've tried using the firmware update utility but it just does not find the Keyboard even though its there in Device Manager while in firmware update mode. Im having an issue with Komplete Kontrol M32, whenever I plug it in it just keeps doing its booting phase where all the lights slowly turn on and on the little display it just says 'Komplete Kontrol' and then it just keeps looping.
